an internship at SpaceX Super Intelligence (formerly xAI), supporting the electrical
systems that power large data centers.
Interested in all things energy, Jennifer is involved in campus initiatives through the
Pratt Energy and Sustainability Club and Duke Energy Week. She looks forward to
sharing her journey, answering students’ questions and helping them explore how
engineering connects to everyday life and the possibilities of a career in the field.

Ozioma Ozigbo is a master of engineering student in climate & sustainability
engineering at Duke University, with a background in mechanical and energy
engineering from the University of North Texas. After beginning her career in research
and development for power electronics, she shifted her focus toward advancing
affordable, reliable and sustainable energy systems that expand access and improve
quality of life.
She serves as co-chair of Duke Energy Week, president of the Pratt Energy &
